Benton & Vale by Kroger delivers eligible online orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery availability, timing, order capacity, fees, and product assortment may vary by location, order size, product availability, service partner, and the delivery option available when the order is placed.
How Delivery Works
- Add eligible products to your cart and review product details, quantities, pricing, and any available promotions before checkout.
- Enter a complete delivery address, contact email, and phone number so the order can be reviewed, fulfilled, and supported if a delivery question comes up.
- Complete payment through checkout. Orders are processed only after payment authorization and order validation are complete.
- After the order is prepared, delivery updates may be sent through the contact information provided with the order.
- The order will be delivered to the address on file unless support confirms a different resolution before fulfillment begins.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Same-day, next-day, scheduled, or fastest-available delivery may be offered only where supported. Timing can change because of item availability, substitutions, order volume, weather, traffic, carrier capacity, address issues, payment review, or other operational factors.
Planning ahead is recommended for grocery, fresh, seasonal, limited-quantity, gift, floral, refrigerated, frozen, or time-sensitive items. If an order is needed by a specific event or deadline, place the order early and monitor the contact information used at checkout.
Delivery Options
- Scheduled delivery may allow an order to be fulfilled for a later available window when service capacity is open.
- Same-day delivery may be available for eligible addresses and products when inventory and fulfillment capacity allow.
- Fastest-available or express-style delivery may be offered in select situations and may include an additional service fee if shown at checkout.
- Partner delivery may be used when Benton & Vale by Kroger works with an authorized delivery provider to complete the order.

Some deliveries may be left at the doorstep or another reasonable delivery location when permitted. Orders containing restricted, age-limited, high-value, perishable, refrigerated, frozen, or signature-required items may require additional verification, an eligible recipient, or compliance with local law.
Changing or Canceling an Order
If delivery information changes after checkout, contact support as soon as possible. Address changes, cancellation requests, item edits, and timing requests can only be reviewed before the order has moved too far into fulfillment. Once an order is being prepared, transferred to a delivery provider, or out for delivery, changes may no longer be available.
